Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with its USPS tracking number by email. If you're having trouble tracking your order, copy the tracking number we have provided you and visit the USPS tracking page here

Your order may be delayed if its shipping information contains errors or is missing any information needed to ship. If this is the case, you will be contacted by email. Please be prepared to provide us with any additional information we need so your order can be shipped in a timely manner. 

Please note, once your order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for its condition and status. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. 

Return policy

Due to our made-to-order nature of production, items may only be returned for an exchange or partial refund. Only damaged or defective items are eligible for return. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

All returns must be authorized by us before taking place. To return an item, visit the contact page (Here) to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please be prepared to provide images of the item or proof of purchase upon request in order to ensure it is eligible for return. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address we provide you with.

Please note, original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs and be expected to provide us with the returned item's tracking information.

Refunds & Exchanges:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your arranged exchange or partial refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
